This is a general guide and is subject to change depending on changes introduced regularly by suppliers and also the time and circumstances of the amendment or cancellation.

We usually charge amendment fees after the original travel itinerary has been confirmed. We need to pass on these fees and to charge a service fee to cover costs.

For all these reasons, we reserve the right to charge service fees.

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance in case you a forced to Cancel your trip and need to claim. Change of mind is not covered with Travel Insurance.

Credit Card Fees

If you choose to pay by credit card we retain the right to pass on to you the fee payable by us to the credit card company. The credit card fee depends on whether the product is an airfare or a tour, which credit card is being used and if any fees are absorbed by the supplier. The fees range from 1.5 – 3.5 % in addition to the cost of the product. We will advise clients of fee and allow clients to decide whether to use a credit card or not.

Quote fees

No fees for 1st and 2nd quote. After discussing your travel plans, we will create a basic itinerary. We will then continue to refine the plans until you are completely satisfied. However, to acknowledge the time and care required by us to do this for your Club, we have to limit the number of free quotes we can provide.

Kindly note a fee of $200 will be charged before providing the third quote. We will advise you before commencing a new quote. This fee will be deducted from the total price once the booking has been confirmed. If you decide not to pursue the trip we will retain the deposit as a consultation fee.

Once a quote is accepted, a commitment fee will need to paid
$120 PP Domestic (within 3-5 Business Days)
$300 PP International (within 10 Business Days)

Cancellation fees

Commitment Fees are non-refundable.

First Deposit (approx. 25%). Approx 2-4 weeks after Commitment Fee. This fee is also Non-Refundable. Highly advisable to take Travel Insurance as you may be able to make a claim for unforeseeable circumstances. Change of mind is not covered by Travel Insurance.
You will have the opportunity between the Commitment Fee and 1st Deposit to pull out of the trip. After this time. Any money towards the deposit, this will become non-refundable/non Transferrable.

Future Part Payments - please discuss this directly with the Accredited ATAS Travel Agent making the booking.

Final Payment - Total Trip becomes non-refundable. You may be able to make amendments/future credit arrangements. This is at the discretion of the Accredited ATAS Travel Agent.

 Visa Application/ Processing Fee

$75 Service Fee plus Consulate/Courier Fees.

Booking Amendment

$55 per component change plus any additional cost from Suppliers. (maximum charge $165)

Eg. Change routing and date for flights (1 component) Change Hotel dates (2nd component)

$99 per hour assistance/consulting

Service Fees

$125 per person service fee is included into pricing for domestic travel
$250 per person service fee for international travel.

These may change at anytime.
