We specialise in providing seamless travel booking services for teams across Australia and New Zealand, supporting their journeys to some of the world’s most prestigious cheer and dance competitions.

Over the years, we have proudly organised travel arrangements for teams attending major international and regional events, including multiple editions of The Worlds and Summit (2016–2018, 2022, 2023, 2025, 2026), Aloha Spirit Championships and Global Hawaii events (2016–2026), and The Spirit Network’s Marquee Honolulu (2024).

Our experience also extends to a wide range of competitions such as Infinite Spirit Regional Events (2017–2025), Aussie Gold (2018–2019), AASCF events across the Gold Coast and Melbourne (2019–2026), NZCU Nationals (2017–2019, 2023), Cheerbrandz Auckland (2017–2024), and Ministry of Cheer in Wellington (2018–2020).

In addition, we have coordinated travel for international events like The American Grand in Las Vegas (2022) and CheerCon Nationals in Sydney (2023, 2025, 2026).

In 2020, we expanded our services to include curated small-group travel experiences to some of the most iconic destinations across Australia and New Zealand. We also extended our expertise to organising travel for a diverse range of groups, including sporting teams such as football, AFL, and water polo, as well as cruise groups, entertainment tours, corporate travel, and incentive programs through Group Travel Australia.

Why book with a group package?

  • Team travel has become more challenging in recent years due to increased costs for extra’s such as baggage and seating, as well as limited availability and tight connection times. We can manually build flights and know what to avoid, having successfully organised numerous groups worldwide before and after 2020.

  • In 2024, our largest group of 70 traveling to the USA faced challenges when clients missed flights and were stranded in a storm that cancelled an entire group in Dallas, resulting in an overnight stay without airline coverage. We were there every step of the way, providing 24-hour support, securing low-cost accommodations, arranging last-minute transportation, and rescheduling flights for the next day.

  • Kindly be aware that our packages do not include competition or specialty fees, and we cannot fill out competition entry forms or stay-to-play packages due to compliance with Event Producers' guidelines.

  • Additionally, we do not accept individual payments from parents, as this would prevent us from maintaining our low-cost flexible packages.’
