DAY 1 – Your City to Wellington – L, D
Depart your City. A Lunch or Light Refreshment will be provided on Flight
Arrive at Wellington International Airport. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs (60 min), you will be transferred to your Hotel. The pick-up zone is located on the ground floor. Exit the terminal through the left-most sliding door, cross to the third platform. Wait opposite the yellow parking service kiosk for pick-up.
Coach Transfer to your Hotel by your Hotel Provider or local Coach Provider.
Accommodation: 3½ star Hotel (sleeps up to 4 people per room). Triple, Double & Single Options can be available at an additional price.
Team dinner at 7pm - at Hotel (crispy bread rolls, hot pasta dish, hot meat dish, potato of the day, seasonal salad, whole fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee) or Similar.
DAY 2 – Wellington – B
Begin the day with a continental breakfast before being picked up from the Hotel by
Private Coach at 8:00am. Cooked breakfast may be available at an additional charge of $5 per day (eggs, bacon, sausages, hash brown, baked beans/spaghetti).
Athletes are transferred to the booked training session at a local club, whilst spectators will go sightseeing around Wellington to see local attractions.

At the completion of training, athletes and coaching staff will be picked up and taken sightseeing, before being dropped off at the Wellington Mall at 1:00pm. Compact and charming, Wellington is full of fashionable stores, boutiques and galleries that make for a fantastic shopping experience. Today's lunch is at own expense. The group will make their own way back to the hotel in the late afternoon. The city of Wellington is approx. 15 minutes away from the hotel on public transport.
DAY 3 - Competition Day – B, L
Enjoy a continental breakfast this morning.
A packed lunch (filled roll, muffin, whole fruit, packet of chips, 250ml juice) will be available to pick up after Breakfast by the Hotel Catering Service.
A charter bus will pick you up and take you to and from the competitions

DAY 4 - Wellington to Rotorua – B, D
After your continental breakfast this morning, we say goodbye to Wellington today and head to Rotorua.
Depart: Hotel at 8am by private coach, enjoying the scenic views along the way (450km drive).
Stop for lunch along the way. Sightseeing along the way.
Accommodation: 4½ star Apartments (sleeps up to 5 people per room)
Pickup: 5.15pm from Hotel to transfer to the Tamaki Maori Village Experience

Journey to an authentic Maori village nestled in a Rotorua forest and be formally welcomed onto sacred grounds. Amidst crackling village fires, discover Maori art forms, take part in ancient rituals and learn fascinating Maori traditions. Let us share our impressive song and dance before enjoying a traditional feast, cooked beneath the ground on hot stones.
DAY 5 - Rotorua
Breakfast this morning is organised by your caring coaches and support travellers.

Luge & Skyline Gondola Pass: this morning until midday - Jump on board one of the eight-seater Gondola cabins and experience spectacular views of Lake Rotorua, the city and steaming geothermal vistas. Nestle into a Luge cart and zip off to discover who has the skills to master the Luge. The part go-cart, part toboggan is gravity fuelled with full rider control over speed and direction using a unique braking and steering system. Pull back on the handlebars to slow down or stop, release slightly to accelerate and enjoy the ride. The Luge is great for any age (their oldest rider is 101) and small children can ride with adults.
First up, ride the sweeping bends of the Scenic Track through the Redwoods Forest. After a stunning chair-lift ride back to the top, the Intermediate and Advanced tracks await.

This afternoon, visit Hells Gates Mud Bath & Spa. Hells Gate is home to New Zealand’s most active geothermal field that features erupting waters, steaming fumaroles, pools of boiling mud, mud volcano and the largest hot waterfall in the Southern Hemisphere.
Arrive back at the hotel late afternoon, before enjoying a BBQ Dinner at the hotel this evening.
DAY 6 – Rotorua to Auckland
Today sees you heading to Auckland by private coach.
Breakfast this morning is organised by your caring coaches and support travellers.
Depart: 9am Hotel
Sightseeing trip (stop for lunch) enjoy local attractions.

Experience the real Middle-earth with a visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set, featured in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films. Your guided tour starts with a drive through our picturesque 1,250-acre sheep farm with spectacular views across to the Kaimai Ranges. Take a look at Bag End, where Frodo and Bilbo’s adventures began. Get lost among the hobbit holes and visit the Green Dragon Inn, the mill and the Party Tree. Listen to spell-binding tales of how Hobbiton came to be.
If you are not attending Hobbiton, you will be dropped at:

This is in the centre of the town, walking distance to botanical gardens, local cafes & shops.
You will be able to find more information about the surrounding area and activities within the Visitor Centre. (20 minutes from Hobbiton) Alternatively, Opal Hot Springs and Holiday Park
Situated six kilometres out of Matamata, Opal Hot Springs is well known as a popular natural mineral pools complex. NZD8 for Adults and NZD7 for Students. Address is: Okauia Springs Road, RD1, Matamata. DAY 7 – Depart Auckland - B
Enjoy your continental breakfast this morning, before checking out of the Hotel by 10:00am.
Everyone needs to make their way to Symons Street as Coach cannot access St. Martins Lane. Bus Company taking you to the Airport is now including a 2-3hour City Tour - pending traffic to Airport. It will include Auckland Harbour Bridge, Waterfront Area, Auckland Domain, Mission Bay, Michael Joseph Memorial. Arrive at the Airport between 12-1pm.

We recommend to budget $15 for Lunch. Stop in difference places along the way. Your driver will recommend some places to stop and have lunch.
We recommend your caring coaches and support travellers organise a grocery for the next two days. Countdown in central Rotorua. (equivalent to Woolworths in AUS) The Hotel provides BBQ facilities and kitchenettes in rooms. $60 pp (4 x meals below)
