WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE?
A per person comprehensive travel insurance price has been added to the total package price. If any adult is travelling with their dependent child, the dependent child can be added to the adults’ policy thus reducing the amount the child needs to pay. It important you read the PDS and understand COVID-19 cover. We are unable to explain/interpret this. We must refer you to the PDS or call the Provider
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
A non-refundable deposit of 25% or whatever stated on your team page is due at time of booking. A payments schedule will be supplied with final payment due 60-45 days prior to departure.
HOW DO I SECURE MY SPOT?
To secure your spot on the tour package you need to pay the commitment fee and deposit. Customer Details Link online needs to be filled out. Option for Coaches/ Owners of teams can transfer Group Commitment Fee on behalf of the Team
Until deposits are received we CANNOT guarantee hotel rooms. PLEASE NOTE HOTEL ROOMS MAY FILL UP PRIOR TO PUBLISHED DEADLINES. If hotels do fill up there may be changes in supplier/service costs which means, we may have to charge more and or book a different hotel. We cannot guarantee airfares until payments are made for group airfare or instant purchase fare for add-ons.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CLAIM ON MY POLICY?
Please check the cooling off period. This can vary between 14-30 days after purchase. There are multiple situations in which travel insurance will pay out on a policy for a trip you can no longer go on. Please refer to the PDS or call the Insurance provider.

WHY DOES THE HOTEL ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN I HAVE PRE-PAID?
Credit card imprints may be required by accommodation suppliers, where they are providing telephone, mini-bar, in-room movies, laundry and other facilities and services that can be charged to guest rooms. These are usually requested by the hotel at the time of check-in.
DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD WHEN CHECKING INTO MY HOTEL ROOM?

WHAT ARE THE PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS?
You will need to have a current passport with NO LESS than 6 months validity left. If this is from another country, you may need to get a visa as well. It is your responsibility to secure any visas well before your date of travel and to make sure you have the correct documents in place to make sure you can get back home. WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES?
If you need to make changes to your booking, there will be a $75pp service fee plus any extra fees charged by our suppliers. You will need to fill in a deviation form.
CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM?
Yes, we can enquire about room upgrades or family suites but these may attract an additional cost.
CAN I SLEEP 5 PEOPLE IN MY ROOM?
No. You cannot have 5 people in the standard Room unless stated by hotel.
We are arriving before check-in time, will our hotel rooms be ready?
Most hotels do not guarantee check-in until 2 pm. However, if there are rooms ready in your block, the hotel may check you in early. Please be sure to communicate this to your entire group that is traveling with you.
We have an uneven number of athletes. Can we pay the quad rate for three athletes in a room?
No. The travel package prices have been calculated according to how many people are in each room. Triple/ Double share pricing can be advised at time of booking.
